I am am experienced business professional with a background in research, engineering and leadership roles. I am currently combining this experience with my passion for people development and empowerment at Zeton BV as I have the responsibility for the trainee program.
Before joining Zeton I served several management roles in organizations focusing on innovation in technology and development/coaching of (starting) engineers or business professionals. I have also supported SMEs with their production processes and business development challenges as an independent contractor with a focus on process engineering and new business development.
I have also obtained certifications from the Jungian Type Academy (JTI) and the Critical Alignment Yoga Institute (CAY), which I use to enhance my leadership and coaching skills.
